Jolly's Noodle Bar

Jolly’s Noodle is a start-up fried noodle bar which is located in the centre of Hanoi, Vietnam. Jolly’s Noodle provides its customers a board variety of fried noodle with signature sauces in order to catch the interest of its target customers. Since Jolly’s Noodle is the first fried noodle bar that ever founded in Hanoi, the company expects to build a strong market position in the market of selling fried noodle with its unique
business model.

A company with the ambition to make the process from bean to cup as transparent, ethical and    sustainable as possible.

Orazio' Caffe

Orazio' Caffe aims to bring Neapolitan ice cream and coffee experience to Falmouth in order to help the local community who wants to taste proper Italian products by avoiding a trip to Italy and offering a unique experience. 

The Union

The Union aims to be a lounge/bar setting for young adults based around Penryn. Much of the revenue generated by The Union will be from the sale of food and beverages. We will provide the usual array of alcoholic drinks. Moreover, we will sell coffee, tea and soft drinks during the daytime to accommodate those that want to unwind

Journals by Emily Ltd

Journals by Emily Ltd’ is a company providing individuals with the tools of self-help in order to assist with improving individual happiness.

Salt

Salt is a start-up business looking to offer a salt cave to provide the complementary health treatment of salt therapy in the area of Taunton, Somerset; this area of the UK does not currently have a salt cave, therefore, the business is capitalising on being the only one of its kind within this location.

Pumpkin Petal

Pumpkin Petal is a café, that offers its’ clients an ultimate pleasure of experiencing artisan coffee and balanced meals. Mission: To satisfy Your needs for Fair-trade artisan coffee, gluten free and vegan food choices and to brighten Your day. The company is going to offer a variety of salads and coffee options, as well as smoothies, soups and dishes of the day

Crumby's Cocktails

‘Crumby’s Cocktails’ is a pop up bar business which can be hired for both indoor and outdoor events. The business provides a unique themed cocktail bar, creating and serving drinks primarily at events such as parties and weddings. The business is based in Cornwall and initially will be targeting events which are in this locality.

Kernow Coast Walks

Kernow Coast Walks is a business that will offer tours of the Cornish Coast Path. Customers can design their own routes and the business will provide transport to and from the Coast path. The target market for the service will be 55-64 year olds, from Germany or other parts of the UK, and who have an interest in wildlife, history or Cornwall.

Maison Cornichon

After interning in New York, Alizée was introduced to the Pickle Back: A shot of whiskey followed by a shot of Pickle Juice. After being hooked onto the concept, Maison Cornichon’s Pickle Juice was born back in the UK. A premium organic pickle juice for cocktails and pickle backs to be introduced into cocktail and whiskey bars and to the food and drinks sector.

Eden Gin

Eden Gin is a high quality London dry gin with environmentally and sustainably sourced ingredients and a sustainable supply chain. Although the company is aiming to release its standard gin at first, it aims to release gins with different infusions and flavours later on. We will not release the full product range at first because we want to test how well the flagship product sells before releasing other products.

Pandora Food

Pandora’s, is an online food delivery service, offering cuisine from over 40 Falmouth based restaurants, with variety from all around the world. From seafood, Italian, Chinese, and Pizza, to South African, Caribbean, Bangladeshi and Nepalese, the service provides takeaway options never before available to Falmouth and Penryn.

Bésharam

Bésharam is a Fashion Label that encompasses the ideas of successfully integrating traditional designs and evolving them into having a more modern stylistic approach.

The Cornish Juice Company

The Cornish Juice Company will sell refillable bottles of juice to consumers from three independent cafés in Falmouth, Truro and Penzance in Cornwall as well as running a stall in Falmouth during the summer.

MyMind

MyMind is an app that helps with the detection of dementia and offers support to combat dementia. MyMind mission is to reduce the risk of developing cognitive decline, such as Dementia. This mission is apparent in all the development stages of the app and in the logo and ethos of the company. MyMind’s vision is to be the best app that detects and combats dementia that is available for the senior generation.

Deliverfal

Deliverfal will deliver food from a range of restaurants located in Falmouth, such as Pizza Express, Zizzi and The Shed. It is primarily targeting the upper end of the market, typically the affluent that chooses not to cook or simply enjoy eating out from the comfort of their own homes. It is also targeting students as there are around 6000 students currently living in and around Falmouth.

Livo

Livo is a natural healthy energy drink targeting the premium soft drink sector. It is a unique drink with many USP’s this includes Livo being the first energy drink on the market that will appeal to both men and women equally, with its brand image being: inspiring, pure, classy, energising, motivating and exciting. Livo will be low in sugar, natural and full of healthy ingredients. Livo has vegan and vegetarian friendly ingredients so it can position itself to target the fastest growing food trend in the world. 

Envoy

Envoy is a start-up business which forms part of the delivery service market. The main activities of Envoy include purchasing, picking-up and delivering all sort of items in less than 60 minutes. Envoy aims to be the first delivery service company within Falmouth and Penryn with the objective of facilitating everybody´s life’s, as well as bringing to the area a larger range of food delivery possibilities. Envoy´s vision statement is to help simplify it´s customer´s daily life´s and also help with the errands that they do not have time to do, while aiming to transform the way consumers access local goods.

Grandma’s Puff Puffs (GPP)

Growing up in Lagos, Nigeria, owner of Grandma’s Puff Puffs (GPP), Isaac Chukwumah, was exposed to Nigerian food and culture. Having lived in Falmouth for the past 2 years, Chukwumah noticed a lack of representation of African foods in Falmouth’s food scenery. With this identified gap in mind, Chukwumah came up with the idea of setting up a home-run bakery that makes and sells Nigerian puff puff snacks, to anyone with a sweet tooth and looking for a sweet taste of Nigeria, in Falmouth.

The Red Event Company

The Red Event Company is an event production company focusing on four types of events: concerts, comedy shows, live tours and Cirque du Soleil events. These will take place all over Cornwall and are expected to draw a wide range of audiences, dependent on the artist.

HWISKI

Hwiski is a high-end whisky product produced in Cornwall with locally sourced ingredients. The products unique selling point is its ageing process, which differs from all other commercial whiskys available: the spirit will be aged in Cornish real Indian Pale Ale (IPA) barrels. Hwiski aims, “to combines the age old art of whisky distilling with the traditional Cornish real IPA flavours to create new avant-garde single-malt whisky with hoppy undertones and a seaside and maritime influence.”

Personal Shopping Express

P.S.Express is a service that delivers anything the customers request, but the goods they request are only limited to what is available in the local stores of Cornwall. The nature of those goods can be groceries, daily essentials, gifts, and even food from local restaurants. Once an order is received, the designated driver will travel to the particular store, purchase the goods at a discounted price, and sets off to fulfil the delivery request. The delivery can take place immediately, or at a given time frame the customer specifies. Coupled with a friendly customer service and company, P.S.Express aims to provide convenience, increase community well-being, and induce greater work-life balance to the residents of Cornwall.
